Rahul has a domain experience in Travel, IT / ITES, Human Resource, Entertainment, E-commerce and has handled clients like India MART Intermesh, Zomato, Ariba India, International Travel House, Caper Travel, Lenskart, OYO rooms, International Amusements, IDS Logic, Dabur Pharma, ITC Limited etc.. He also heads the internal audit and indirect tax function of the firm. He has an expertise in Direct & Indirect Tax Appeals, Tribunals, and other tax litigation matters
CA Varun Gaur Financial, Audit Advisory and Transaction Processing Services	CA Varun Gaur holds first class Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University and an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has worked for EY for almost 9 years from Feb 2008 till Nov 2016 as the Audit Manager. He is familiar with the challenges of day to day accounting and controls overs the financial statements. He has the expertise in designing, implementing and testing of internal financial controls as mandated by Companies Act, 2013 He has an expertise in helping the client for setting up the business in India. He advised various clients in a valuation of business, shares, securities, structuring, mergers, amalgamations, IPO's etc. He has domain for ensuring the compliances and setting up the internal Controls.

He is an Associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a qualified litigator and represents clients at enforcement proceedings. He specializes in Corporate & labour laws and ensures its compliance on regular basis. He provides legal & secretarial support to domestic and multinational companies. Some of his areas includes Compliance with Employment and Labour Laws, Drafting of all related documentations such as Letter of Offer, Employment Agreements, Employment Manuals, amongst others, Drafting company employment/HR policies and compliance manuals, Drafting of Sexual Harassment Policies and compliance with the same etc.
